We offer a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return or replace the product within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
Your order can be returned within 14 working days from receiving the order, so long as they are unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Refund if paid by:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Credit/Debit Card: The amount will be refunded within 3-7 working days, to the same credit/debit card used during the order process.
Cash on Delivery: Our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 14 working days, once the bank details are provided to the respective team. For cancellations & returns: customer@jebelz.com
